SilibaseRA-4888 oil-based release agent for PU shoe soles, efficiently added polymer compound to meet lubrication and give shiny surface, has excellent release force and moulding protection, so that it has unique lowest surface tension, sprayed on the mold has good adhesion. Widely used in polyester & polyether PU shoe soles and PU balls as well.

Usage Instruction
Factory Die casting Mould Release Agent lubricant mold release agent.
1. Mold temperature higher than 30 degrees before use release agent.
2. The concentrate liquid need to be diluted, is sprayed evenly onto the mold.
3. Recommend to use a small-caliber gun, air pressure is greater than 0.3Mpa.
4. Adjust spray gun until the discharged liquid to be mist.
5. Spray once release agent every time of continuous product demoulding.

Storage & Shelf life
The product is stored at warehouse room temperature requires higher than 5 ℃, less than 50 ℃ in the sealed container. The product shelf life is 18 months at least.
